| What if I come in a day early or stay an extra day in Cody?

We can make reservations at the historic Buffalo Bills' Irma HoteL for your early arrival or extra days stay. They will pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel or drop you off at the Cody, Wyoming Airport. The Billings, Montana shuttle can pick you up at the Billings, Montana Airport and bring you to the ranch or a hotel in Cody: and the same service is offered for your departure

| Should I rent a car?
|
Guests enjoy taking day trips around the area, so have a car is an asset, however we will pick you up and drop you off at the Cody, Wyoming airport. A shuttle is available from the Billings, Montana airport. Guests arriving on Thursday for a 3 day package must have a vehicle to join in the day in Cody and Cody Nite Rodeo.

| Are float trips available?
|
Float trips are not part of your package, however we can make reservations for you for a float trip on the Shoshone River.

| Do I need anything special for overnite pack trip?
|
We suggest a warm jacket, boots with a heel for riding, a change of clothing, personal items, camera, sunglasses, hat,and medications. If you have a pack rod for fishing you are encouraged to bring it, as we are unable to pack two-piece rods.

| Can I ship my personal items to the ranch?
|
We encourge you to ship your luggage and other personal items to the ranch. Packages will be in your cabin upon arrival. UPS,FedX and U.S. POSTAL SERVICE ADDRESS IS:

| Do I need to bring fly fishing gear?
|
Many guests prefer to use their own fishing equipment. However, we do have good quality rods, reels, and waders. Flies and lures will be available in the gift shop.

| Is there television and telephone in my room?
|
There are no telephones or televisions in the cabins. However, there is telephone service, and a big screen television in the lodge. Wireless internet is available in your cabin and in the lodge. Because of our remote location there is no cell service.

| How long can I stay?
|
Crossed Sabres Ranch offers 3 day and 6 day all inclusive dude ranch packages June 22- August 23, 2009. Please take a look at the activities page to see the weekly schedule.
Overnight lodging is available May 15- June 21 and Aug 24- November, 2009. This is our quiet time, with cool evenings, and autumn colors on your horseback ride

| What should I bring?

The Ranch sits at 7000' so the evenings are cool.
Suggested clothing:
