The head chef is responsible for cooking and preparing country western lunches and dinners for 30 guests and 20 staff members. There is a consistent set buffet menu for the season. The ability to follow recipes and strong knife skills are desired. Experience cooking in a banquet setting or cooking on a line will make you a strong applicant. Our head chef is also responsible for oversight of the assistant chef and the kitchen staff, as well as food ordering. The assistant chef helps prep for lunch and dinner.
